About Vergabepilot

Vergabepilot.ai is a German AI tender service. It searches more than 300 German portals, federal and state level, matches notices against a company profile and meters the work in credits, on servers it hosts in Germany. Its prices, reset on 8 July 2026, are published. Basic is free, with 50 credits a month, a weekly email and no card. Professional is 72 euros a month, or 60 billed yearly, for one user, 500 credits and daily results. Ultimate is 150 euros a month, or 125 billed yearly, for five team members, 500 credits and a personal adviser. Enterprise is quoted, with unlimited credits, unlimited users and a CRM integration. The quality of the AI itself rises with the tier.

Why companies move from Vergabepilot to Scoutee

Reason 1: 300 portals, all of them German

Vergabepilot's number is a depth, not a width: more than 300 portals, and every one of them inside Germany. A company whose customers sit in Vienna, Rotterdam or Warsaw sees none of their notices, and no tier adds them, because the index itself stops at the border. Scoutee collects more than 100 official sources across more than 30 countries of Europe and North America, deduplicated into one row per tender. Every plan reaches the whole index, and the free plan reaches it too.

Reason 2: 49 euros for more than 72 buys

Professional costs 72 euros a month, 60 on annual billing, and carries one user and a single country. Scoutee's Pro is 49 euros a month, or 490 a year, and carries more than 30 countries, 100 AI analyses a month, the company memory, buyer profiles, daily alerts on every saved search, the API and an MCP server. Team at 149 euros gives ten users where Ultimate gives five for 150, and both Scoutee plans are cancelled at any time.

Reason 3: credits that belong to the plan, or analyses you can buy

Vergabepilot meters everything in credits: 50 a month free, 500 on Professional and on Ultimate alike, and the price of a credit on its own is not published, so a busy month has no exit. Scoutee counts one thing, the analysis: two a month free, 100 on Pro, unlimited on Team, and ten extra analyses cost ten euros. The analysis fetches the documents from the buyer's platform and extracts deadlines, budget, requirements and exclusion criteria.

Reason 4: the free plan sends a daily alert, and speaks 24 languages

Basic is a real free plan, but its email is weekly, so a deadline can move three days before it is seen. Scoutee's free plan sends a daily alert on a saved search and never expires. From Pro, every saved search gets its own daily alert, and the keywords proposed from the company profile are translated into the 24 languages of the sources, which is what makes a German search find the Dutch or Polish version of the same work.

Where Vergabepilot is strong

  • More than 300 German portals, federal and state, in one search, which is real depth in its home market.
  • A free tier that needs no card and carries 50 credits a month, enough to judge the matching.
  • Servers in Germany and a clear data-protection position, which German buyers of software ask about first.
  • A personal adviser included on Ultimate, for teams that want a named contact rather than only software.

FAQ

Does Vergabepilot cover tenders outside Germany?

Its coverage is stated as German: more than 300 portals at federal and state level. The site does not claim TED or any foreign national portal, and no tier adds one. Scoutee searches more than 100 official sources in more than 30 countries of Europe and North America, above and below the EU thresholds, on every plan.

How much does Vergabepilot cost?

From the price page, reset on 8 July 2026 and read on 14 September 2026: Basic free with 50 credits a month, Professional 72 euros a month or 60 billed yearly, Ultimate 150 or 125 billed yearly for five members, Enterprise on quote. Scoutee is 49 euros a month for Pro and 149 for Team with ten users.

Can I try Scoutee before paying?

Yes, and the alert is daily from the start. The free plan never expires: search every source, save searches, receive one daily alert and run two tender analyses a month, without a card. Pro at 49 euros and Team at 149 euros are monthly and cancellable at any time.

Does Scoutee match notices to a company profile too?

Yes. Scoutee reads the company profile, proposes keywords and translates them into the 24 languages of its sources; the company edits them and saves the search. The analysis then reads the tender documents themselves. Nothing is metered in credits: the counted unit is the analysis, two a month free, 100 on Pro.

Is Scoutee's coverage really included in every plan?

Yes. Free, Pro and Team search the same index of more than 100 official sources in more than 30 countries, collected every night and deduplicated. There is no country option and no regional tier. The plans differ by alerts, analyses, users and the award history on Team.
