About TenderScout

TenderScout is an Irish tender platform founded in Dublin to help suppliers find public contracts and write better bids. Its application offered alerts, response templates, a bid pipeline, an archive and a support hotline, with an account manager on the higher tier, sold per user: Standard at €299 per user a month plus VAT, Pro at €499. Its customers were Irish and British SMEs answering public tenders. The brand has since moved: on 14 September 2026 tenderscout.com returns a permanent redirect to orbidalgroup.com, the group that now carries the product. A separate site, tenderscout.eu, still offers a free semantic search of EU notices with an AI analysis whose price is not published.

Why companies move from TenderScout to Scoutee

Reason 1: EU notices are not the whole of Europe

The free search at tenderscout.eu reads EU notices, which means the above-threshold publications. Most public contracts in Europe never reach that level: they are published on national and regional portals, in the national language, under the thresholds. Scoutee collects more than 100 official sources in more than 30 countries of Europe and North America, those national portals included, deduplicated into one row per tender, and every plan searches all of them. Ireland is one of those countries, not the starting point of an upgrade path.

Reason 2: a price per seat, against a price per workspace

TenderScout's published plans were priced per user: €299 a month plus VAT for Standard, €499 for Pro. A three-person bid team reached nearly €900 a month before tax. Scoutee's Pro plan is 49 euros a month, or 490 a year, and Team is 149 euros a month for ten users with unlimited analyses and the award history. Nothing is billed per seat beyond that, and an analysis run by one member is readable by the whole workspace for free.

Reason 3: a product whose address has not moved

A company choosing a tool wants to know what it is buying next year. tenderscout.com now redirects to Orbidal, the legacy pricing is no longer maintained under the TenderScout name, and what a subscription costs today under the new brand is not published. Scoutee publishes its plans on its own site: free, Pro at 49 euros a month, Team at 149, monthly, cancellable at any time, with the coverage stated source by source on a public page.

Reason 4: the AI analysis is counted, not unpriced

tenderscout.eu offers an AI analysis of a notice without publishing what it costs or how many are allowed. Scoutee states the number: two analyses a month on the free plan, a hundred on Pro, unlimited on Team, and ten more for ten euros. Each one fetches the tender documents from the buyer's platform and extracts the deadlines, the budget, the requirements and the exclusion criteria, on a page the workspace keeps.

Where TenderScout is strong

  • A free semantic search of EU notices at tenderscout.eu, open to anyone without an account.
  • Response templates and a bid pipeline built for teams that write tenders rather than only track them.
  • A support hotline and, on the Pro plan, a named account manager, which suits companies wanting help rather than software.
  • Long experience of the Irish market and its buyers, from a team based in Dublin.

FAQ

Does TenderScout cover tenders outside Ireland?

Its free search at tenderscout.eu reads EU notices, so it reaches across the Union at the above-threshold level. National and regional portals publishing under the thresholds are not covered there. Scoutee collects those portals directly in more than 30 countries of Europe and North America, every night, in every plan.

How much does TenderScout cost?

Its legacy plans were Standard €299 and Pro €499 per user a month plus VAT. Since tenderscout.com redirects to orbidalgroup.com, checked on 14 September 2026, current pricing under the new brand is not published. Scoutee's Pro plan is 49 euros a month, Team 149 euros for ten users, both monthly and cancellable.

Can I try Scoutee before paying?

Yes. The free plan never expires: search every official source in more than 30 countries, save searches, receive one daily alert and run two tender analyses a month, with no card. Pro and Team are monthly. A public MCP server is also open, free and without an account.

Does Scoutee help write the bid like TenderScout?

Scoutee does not draft a bid dossier. It analyses the tender documents and keeps a company memory of references, certifications and past bids that the team reuses when writing. TenderScout's templates and pipeline were built for the writing stage itself, which remains a different job from finding and qualifying the tender.

Is Scoutee's coverage really included in every plan?

Yes. Free, Pro and Team search the same index: more than 100 official sources in more than 30 countries, collected every night and deduplicated. The plans differ by alerts, analyses, users and the award history on Team, never by country and never by seat count within the plan.
