About TendersInfo

TendersInfo is the tender service of Euclid Infotech, a company founded in 2000 in Mumbai. It says it carries more than 500,000 live tenders from over 100 countries, gathered with the help of 65 local agents, and follows more than 170 funding agencies across Africa, Asia, Europe, the Americas and Oceania. Subscribers receive daily email alerts on public and private notices, RFPs, RFQs, prequalifications and expressions of interest, plus contract awards and project tracking; an API is offered. Its plans page lists plan names and a registration form, with no amount: the price is quoted after contact, and a free trial comes first.

Why companies move from TendersInfo to Scoutee

Reason 1: a source list you can read before you buy

TendersInfo counts countries and local agents, not sources: no public list says which portal of Germany, Belgium or Canada is collected, or how often. Scoutee publishes its list. More than 100 official sources in more than 30 countries of Europe and North America, national and regional portals under the EU thresholds included, collected every night and deduplicated into one row per tender. A company can check, before paying, that the three portals its buyers publish on are in the index.

Reason 2: a published price instead of a quote

TendersInfo's plans page shows the plans and asks for a registration; the amount arrives afterwards, sized in a conversation. Scoutee's prices are on its pricing page and are the same for everybody: free, Pro at 49 euros a month or 490 a year, Team at 149 euros a month for ten users. Monthly, cancellable at any time, with no annual invoice and no negotiation. Extra analyses are 10 euros for ten, and reading an analysis already run costs nothing.

Reason 3: the analysis of the documents, in every plan

TendersInfo delivers the notice by email, as an alert. What the consultation file requires stays a reading exercise. A Scoutee analysis fetches the documents from the buyer's platform and extracts the deadlines, the budget, the requirements and the exclusion criteria, on one page the whole workspace shares. The free plan runs two a month, Pro a hundred, Team without limit. The company memory keeps the references and certifications the next bid starts from.

Reason 4: a free plan, and keywords in 24 languages

TendersInfo offers a free trial, then a quote. Scoutee's free plan never expires: the whole index, saved searches, one daily alert and two analyses a month, without a card. On Pro, the keywords proposed from the company profile are translated into 24 languages, so the same search reaches the Dutch, Polish and Portuguese notices without writing those languages. The API and an MCP server are included at 49 euros a month; a public MCP server answers without an account.

Where TendersInfo is strong

  • More than 100 countries, including Africa, Asia and Oceania, where the European and North American map stops.
  • 65 local agents collecting notices published only in a local language or a local newspaper.
  • More than 170 funding agencies followed, for companies bidding on World Bank-type and donor-funded projects.
  • Contract awards and project tracking alongside open notices, with twenty-six years of operation behind them.

FAQ

Does TendersInfo cover tenders outside Asia?

Yes. It claims more than 100 countries across Africa, Asia, Europe, the Americas and Oceania, which is wider than Scoutee's map. It does not publish which sources it collects in each country. Scoutee covers more than 30 countries of Europe and North America and lists every source on its site.

How much does TendersInfo cost?

It does not publish an amount. Its plans page lists customised plans and a registration form; the price follows a contact, after a free trial. Nothing on the site states a monthly or annual figure, so no comparison is possible. Scoutee publishes its prices: free, Pro 49 euros a month, Team 149 euros a month.

Can I try Scoutee before paying?

Yes, and without a deadline. The free plan never expires: search every source, save searches, receive one daily alert and run two tender analyses a month. Pro and Team are monthly and cancellable at any time.

Does Scoutee send daily alerts like TendersInfo?

Yes. Every saved search can send a daily email alert when new notices match. The free plan carries one alert, Pro one on each saved search. Alerts are not sold by country or by sector: they run on the same index every plan searches.

Is Scoutee's coverage really included in every plan?

Yes. Free, Pro and Team search the same index, more than 100 official sources in more than 30 countries of Europe and North America, collected every night and deduplicated. The plans differ by alerts, analyses, users and the award history, never by geography.
