Which countries are included?
All of them: every official European source Scoutee collects, in every plan. Nothing is sold per country or region.
Who is billed?
A subscription covers one workspace. Every member of the workspace benefits from it; its administrators manage the subscription.
What counts as an analysis?
Starting the analysis of a tender nobody has analysed yet. Reading an analysis that already exists is free, and so are the searches and alerts.
What is the award history?
The contract results: who won which public contract, for how much and against how many offers, on every buyer. It is part of the Team plan; the public award pages stay free to browse.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time from the billing portal. The workspace keeps its plan until the end of the paid period.
Where are my invoices?
In the billing portal, reachable from the workspace page. Enter your VAT number at checkout to have it on the invoices.
