Why companies move from TenderGuide to Scoutee

Reason 1: neither the sector nor the country is an option to buy

TenderGuide cuts its subscription by trade: one sector at 209 euros a month, and fifty percent more for every sector added, all inside the Netherlands. Team is 149 euros a month for ten users, with unlimited analyses and award history. Both prices are published and identical wherever the company is based.

Reason 4: an AI analysis that is part of the price

The pricing review of 13 September 2026 found no AI reading of the tender documents among TenderGuide's published features; the subscription is described by sector, users and term. On Scoutee the analysis is the product. It retrieves the documents from the buyer's platform and extracts deadlines, budget, requirements and exclusion criteria. Keywords built from the company profile are translated into the 24 languages of the sources, so the same search reaches a Flemish or German notice.
