Telemat is an Italian company that has monitored public procurement in Italy for decades. It collects the notices, corrections and results of public bodies, central purchasing organisations and contracting authorities across the country, and offers a document analysis feature called MyDOC that uses artificial intelligence to extract requirements from a tender file.
