About Pretendent

Pretendent is a Polish AI tender platform. It matches public procurement notices to a company and adds an assistant that helps prepare an offer. Its prices are published per company and were read on 13 September 2026: 49 zloty a month, about 12 euros; 149 zloty, about 35 euros, the tier where the AI matching and the offer assistant begin; and 499 zloty, about 117 euros, an Enterprise tier that is the only one carrying a REST API. A fourteen-day trial comes before payment. That entry figure makes Pretendent one of the least expensive AI tender tools in Europe, and its market is Poland.

Why companies move from Pretendent to Scoutee

Reason 1: a Polish tool for a Polish market

Pretendent is built around Polish procurement, and a company that sells only in Poland is well served by it. The moment a manufacturer in Poznań ships to Germany, or a services firm follows a client into Czechia, Slovakia or Lithuania, the tool has nothing to show: those notices live on national portals it does not publish. Scoutee collects more than 100 official sources in more than 30 countries of Europe and North America, above and below the EU thresholds, deduplicated into one row per tender, in every plan including the free one.

Reason 2: the tender file read, in numbers you can check

Pretendent's AI matching starts at 149 zloty a month, and the number of analyses is not published. On Scoutee the analysis is a counted unit written on the pricing page: two a month on the free plan, 100 on Pro, unlimited on Team, and ten more for ten euros. Each one goes to the buyer's platform, fetches the tender documents and returns the deadlines, the budget, the requirements and the exclusion criteria, on a page the whole workspace reads.

Reason 3: keywords in 24 languages, not one

A search written in Polish finds Polish notices. Scoutee proposes keywords from the company profile and translates them into the 24 languages of its sources, so a single saved search returns the German, Czech, Lithuanian and Dutch wording of the same work. That is what turns coverage in 30 countries into results a Polish company can actually use, without anyone in the office writing German. The company memory keeps the references and certifications the next bid starts from.

Reason 4: the API is not reserved for the top tier

Pretendent puts its REST API on Enterprise, at 499 zloty a month, around 117 euros. Scoutee includes the API and an MCP server in Pro, at 49 euros a month, so a tender feed reaches a CRM or an assistant without moving up a tier. A public MCP server answers without an account at all. Team at 149 euros adds ten users, unlimited analyses and the award history of who won what.

Where Pretendent is strong

  • One of the lowest entry prices in European tender software: 49 zloty a month, about 12 euros.
  • AI matching and an assistant that helps prepare the offer, both working in Polish on Polish procedures.
  • A REST API for companies that want the feed inside their own systems, on the Enterprise tier.
  • A fourteen-day trial before any payment, and prices published tier by tier on the site.

FAQ

Does Pretendent cover tenders outside Poland?

Its product and its pricing are Polish, and coverage of other countries is not published on the site. A company bidding in Germany, Czechia or Lithuania would need another source for the notices published there under the EU thresholds. Scoutee collects more than 100 official sources in more than 30 countries of Europe and North America, every night.

How much does Pretendent cost?

Three tiers were published on 13 September 2026: 49 zloty a month, about 12 euros; 149 zloty, about 35 euros, where the AI matching and the offer assistant start; 499 zloty, about 117 euros, for Enterprise with the REST API. A fourteen-day trial precedes them. Pretendent's entry tier costs less than Scoutee's Pro at 49 euros a month.

Can I try Scoutee before paying?

Yes, and without an end date. Pretendent gives fourteen trial days; Scoutee's free plan never expires: search every official source, save searches, receive one daily alert and run two tender analyses a month, with no card. Pro and Team are monthly and cancellable at any time.

Does Scoutee help write the offer, like Pretendent's assistant?

No. Scoutee does not draft a bid. It finds the notice, fetches the documents and analyses them, returning deadlines, budget, requirements and exclusion criteria, and its company memory keeps the references and certifications a team reuses. Writing the offer itself stays with the company, or with a tool built for it.

Is Scoutee's coverage really included in every plan?

Yes. Free, Pro and Team search the same index of more than 100 official sources in more than 30 countries, collected every night and deduplicated. No country is bought separately. The plans differ by alerts, analyses, users and the award history on Team, never by geography.
