About Nukema
Nukema is a French tender monitoring service from the Atexo group, which also publishes buyer platforms. It gathers about 20,000 open notices and more than two million archived contracts across the eighteen regions of France, mainland and overseas, and lets them be filtered by region, département, town and contract type. A free plan gives search only. Four paid plans follow, published on the site: Standard at 39 euros a month with unlimited alerts and consultation files, Advanced at 79 with archives, Professional at 119 with award notices, administrative forms and the Eugenia AI assistant, Premium at 199 with technical memorandum writing. Extra users cost 5 to 10 euros a month, and annual billing is discounted.
Why companies move from Nukema to Scoutee
Reason 1: the ladder climbs through features, never across a border
Nukema's four plans differ by what the software does, not by territory: the eighteen French regions are in all of them, and nothing else is. European coverage is not stated on its pricing page. So a company that wins a first contract in Luxembourg or in Germany cannot buy its way to that coverage, at any tier. Scoutee indexes more than 100 official sources in more than 30 countries of Europe and North America, deduplicated, and searches them all from the free plan.
Reason 2: the analysis and the award notices sit three steps up
On Nukema, archives arrive at 79 euros a month, award notices and the Eugenia AI at 119, the technical memorandum at 199. A company that wants to know who won a contract and to have the file read pays 119 euros a month, for France. Scoutee runs two analyses a month on the free plan and a hundred on Pro, at 49 euros a month, over more than 30 countries; the award history, who won what, is on Team at 149 euros a month for ten users.
Reason 3: searching in 24 languages, and remembering the last bid
Nukema is searched in French, over French notices. Scoutee proposes keywords from the company profile and translates them into the 24 languages of its sources, so one saved search reaches notices in Dutch, German, Spanish or Polish. The company memory keeps the references, certifications and past bids in the workspace, so the next answer starts from what has already been written rather than from a folder on somebody's laptop.
Reason 4: an API and an MCP server from the mid plan
Nukema's pricing page lists no API on any of its four plans. Scoutee opens its API and its MCP server from Pro, at 49 euros a month, so saved searches and tenders reach a CRM, a spreadsheet or an assistant. A public MCP server is open without an account. Alerts follow the same rule: one daily alert on the free plan, a daily alert on every saved search from Pro.
Where Nukema is strong
- A published price grid with four steps and a free plan, rare among French incumbents.
- The consultation file searchable on every paid plan, from 39 euros a month.
- Administrative forms and a technical memorandum drafted inside the tool, at the top tiers.
- Extra users at 5 to 10 euros a month, which keeps a small team cheap to equip.
FAQ
Does Nukema cover tenders outside France?
Its pricing page describes the eighteen French regions, mainland and overseas, and does not state coverage of the European notices of TED. A company bidding in Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany or Spain would need another source. Scoutee collects more than 100 official sources in more than 30 countries of Europe and North America, in every plan.
How much does Nukema cost?
Four published plans, read on 14 September 2026: Standard 39 euros a month or 300 a year, Advanced 79 or 600, Professional 119 or 900, Premium 199 or 1,500. Award notices and the Eugenia AI start at Professional. Extra users cost 5 to 10 euros a month. Scoutee's Pro plan is 49 euros a month.
Can I try Scoutee before paying?
Yes, and the free plan does more than search: it saves searches, sends one daily alert and runs two tender analyses a month, over the whole index. It never expires. Pro and Team are billed monthly and cancellable at any time.
Does Scoutee write the technical memorandum like Eugenia?
No. Scoutee analyses the tender and keeps a company memory of references, certifications and past bids, but it does not draft the memorandum. A company that wants that step written inside the tool should keep a product built for it.
Is Scoutee's coverage really included in every plan?
Yes. Free, Pro and Team search the same index, more than 100 official sources in more than 30 countries, collected every night and deduplicated. Coverage is never a tier: plans differ by alerts, analyses, users and the award history on Team.
