About Tendium

Tendium is a Swedish AI-native procurement platform selling to Nordic public-sector suppliers. Its site states that the service is currently available for Sweden, Norway and Finland. Every tier produces an AI executive summary of a tender and carries updates and award notices, and all of them include unlimited users. Three plans are offered: Light from 125 euros a month, then Core and Scale on quote, priced against the number of bids a company submits each year. Core adds the BidFlow bid-writing assistant, Scale adds single sign-on, user permissions and unlimited tender filters. An Intelligence add-on covers expiring contracts and supplier and market insights, without a published price. A free trial is offered on Core.

Why companies move from Tendium to Scoutee

Reason 1: three countries on the map, and Denmark is not one of them

Tendium states its availability plainly: Sweden, Norway and Finland. Denmark, the Baltics, Germany and everything west or south of them are outside the service, and its pricing page does not list TED. A Swedish supplier bidding in Copenhagen, or a Finnish one following a buyer into Estonia, needs something else for those notices. Scoutee indexes more than 100 official sources in more than 30 countries of Europe and North America, collected every night and deduplicated into one notice per tender, and all of it is in every plan.

Reason 2: one published price out of three

Only Light carries a number, from 125 euros a month. Core and Scale are quoted, and the quote scales with the number of bids a company submits in a year, so growing the bid volume raises the bill. The Intelligence add-on has no published price either. Scoutee publishes every tier: free, Pro at 49 euros a month, Team at 149 euros a month for ten users, monthly or a year at ten months' worth. The price does not move with the number of bids submitted.

Reason 3: a free plan, and analyses that are counted

Tendium offers a free trial on Core, not a free plan; once it ends, the product stops. Scoutee's free plan runs indefinitely: search across every source, saved searches, one daily alert and two tender analyses a month. Each analysis retrieves the documents from the buyer's platform and extracts deadlines, budget, requirements and exclusion criteria. Pro raises that to 100 analyses a month, Team removes the limit, and ten more cost ten euros.

Reason 4: keywords across 24 languages, with the API and MCP

Tendium works in Swedish, Norwegian and Finnish, and does not state that it translates search terms beyond them. Scoutee builds keywords from the company profile and translates them into the 24 languages of its sources, so a Stockholm supplier sees the Danish, German and Dutch notices in the same feed. The API and an MCP server come with Pro at 49 euros a month, and a public MCP server is open without an account.

Where Tendium is strong

  • Unlimited users on every tier, including the entry one, which per-seat vendors rarely match.
  • The AI executive summary is in Light, not reserved for a higher plan.
  • Award notices and a large body of public payment data give real depth on Nordic buyers.
  • Single sign-on, permissions and the BidFlow writing assistant for larger bid organisations.

FAQ

Does Tendium cover tenders outside the Nordics?

Its pricing page states that the service is currently available for Sweden, Norway and Finland. Denmark and the rest of Europe are not listed, and no TED feed is stated. Scoutee collects more than 100 official sources across more than 30 countries of Europe and North America, in one deduplicated index.

How much does Tendium cost?

Light starts at 125 euros a month. Core and Scale are on quote and scale with the number of bids submitted each year, and the Intelligence add-on has no published price. A free trial is offered on Core. Scoutee's Pro plan is 49 euros a month and Team 149 euros a month, both published and monthly.

Can I try Scoutee before paying?

Yes, and it is not a trial. The free plan never expires: search every source, save searches, receive one daily alert and run two tender analyses a month. Pro and Team are monthly and cancellable at any time.

Does Scoutee summarise a tender the way Tendium does?

Yes. A Scoutee analysis fetches the documents from the buyer's platform and extracts the deadlines, the budget, the requirements and the exclusion criteria on one page shared with the workspace. Reading an analysis a colleague already ran costs nothing, and Team runs them without a limit.

Is Scoutee's coverage really included in every plan?

Yes. Free, Pro and Team search the same index: more than 100 official sources in more than 30 countries, collected every night and deduplicated. The plans differ by alerts, analyses, users and award history, never by country and never by bid volume.
