About Explore

Explore is a French business intelligence company, part of the Intescia group alongside DoubleTrade. It sells commercial, property, construction and territorial monitoring, and the databases behind them: buildings and land, owners and occupants, named contacts, company targeting. Public procurement is one of those feeds, next to prefectural orders, council decisions and private construction projects. Its tools carry their own names, BatiPulse, Territoire360, Karta and a DataLab, and they connect to HubSpot and Salesforce through an API or an iFrame. Customers are sales and development teams, mostly in France. Nothing is priced on the site: a paid test phase precedes the quote, which is sized by scope, data types and number of users, on a twelve-month contract with tacit renewal.

Why companies move from Explore to Scoutee

Reason 1: the map stops at the French border

Explore is built on French territorial data: local authority decisions, prefectural orders, land and property registers, regional press. That depth is real, and it is French; no other country is named on its site. A company that answers a tender in Belgium, Germany or Spain finds nothing there. Scoutee indexes more than 100 official sources in more than 30 countries of Europe and North America, collected every night and deduplicated into one notice per tender. Every plan searches all of them, including the free one, and no country is an option.

Reason 2: a quote that moves, against a price that does not

At Explore a subscription is sized by scope, data types and user count, after a paid test phase, on twelve months with tacit renewal; part of the bill varies with the volume of press articles consumed. The company learns its annual cost late and renews by default. Scoutee publishes three plans: free, Pro at 49 euros a month or 490 a year, Team at 149 euros a month for ten users. Billing is monthly, cancellable at any time, and the invoice does not depend on how much is read.

Reason 3: the tender read for you, in the plan

Explore delivers signals, contacts and documents; reading the consultation file remains the bidder's work, and no AI analysis is published with a price. On Scoutee an analysis fetches the documents from the buyer's platform and extracts the deadlines, the budget, the requirements and the criteria that would exclude the company. The free plan runs two a month, Pro a hundred, Team an unlimited number, and ten extra cost ten euros. Reading an analysis a colleague already ran is free.

Reason 4: connectors without the top tier, and a free plan that stays

Explore offers an API, an iFrame and CRM connectors inside its quote. Scoutee opens its API and its MCP server from Pro, at 49 euros a month, so a saved search reaches a CRM or an assistant without negotiating a tier. A public MCP server is even open without an account. The free plan never expires: search, saved searches, one daily alert and two analyses a month, with no card and no test phase to pay for.

Where Explore is strong

  • Territorial and property data, owners, land and buildings, that no tender tool carries.
  • Private construction projects and early business signals, months before a notice is published.
  • Connectors to HubSpot and Salesforce, an API and an iFrame, for sales teams that live in a CRM.
  • Mapping and analysis tools, Karta, Territoire360 and a DataLab, for targeting by territory.

FAQ

Does Explore cover tenders outside France?

Its pages describe French public procurement, French local authorities and prefectural orders, and name no other country. Coverage of the European notices of TED is not stated on the site. A company bidding in Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland or Germany needs another source. Scoutee collects more than 100 official sources in more than 30 countries, in every plan.

How much does Explore cost?

Explore publishes no price. A paid test phase comes first, then a quote sized by scope, data types and number of users, on a twelve-month contract with tacit renewal, and one line of the bill varies with the volume of press articles. Scoutee's Pro plan is 49 euros a month, published, monthly, without commitment.

Can I try Scoutee before paying?

Yes, and without paying for a test phase. The free plan never expires: search every source, save searches, receive one daily alert and run two tender analyses a month. Pro and Team are monthly and cancellable at any time.

Does Scoutee connect to a CRM like Explore?

Scoutee opens its API and its MCP server from the Pro plan, at 49 euros a month, so saved searches and tenders can be pulled into another system or into an assistant. There is no packaged HubSpot or Salesforce connector, and no iFrame; the API is the route.

Is Scoutee's coverage really included in every plan?

Yes. Free, Pro and Team search the same index, more than 100 official sources in more than 30 countries of Europe and North America, collected every night and deduplicated. Data types and territories are not sold separately; plans differ by alerts, analyses, users and the award history on Team.
