About TenderWatch

TenderWatch is a recent French service that applies a language model to public tenders. It monitors the BOAMP, the French official journal, and says the European journal will follow. From a company profile it scores each notice from 0 to 100, sends a daily email ranked by relevance, analyses the consultation file to pull out selection criteria and contractual risks, and gives a go or no-go recommendation. It also tracks buyers and award notices, with price quartiles, and holds a document library with expiry alerts. Three published plans: Starter at 39 euros a month with one seat, Pro at 99 with three, Business at 199 with ten, a seven-day trial and twenty percent off annually.

Why companies move from TenderWatch to Scoutee

Reason 1: one journal is not the market

TenderWatch reads the BOAMP, and the European journal is announced as coming. The BOAMP does not carry everything, even in France: under the publication threshold, buyers advertise on their own platform or in the regional press, and those contracts are often the ones a small company can win. Scoutee collects more than 100 official sources in more than 30 countries of Europe and North America, national portals and buyer platforms included, deduplicated into one notice per tender, in every plan.

Reason 2: analyses counted in units of three

At 39 euros a month TenderWatch allows three document analyses; at 99 euros, fifteen; unlimited use starts at 199 euros a month. A team that studies two tenders a week passes the Starter limit in the first fortnight. Scoutee gives two analyses a month on the free plan, a hundred on Pro at 49 euros a month and an unlimited number on Team at 149 euros. Ten extra analyses cost ten euros, and reading an analysis a colleague already ran costs nothing.

Reason 3: ten people without the top plan

TenderWatch counts seats: one at 39 euros, three at 99, ten at 199 euros a month. A bid team of five therefore sits on the 199-euro plan whatever it uses. Scoutee's Team plan is 149 euros a month for ten users, with unlimited analyses, the award history and priority support, and every user searches the whole index. The free plan asks for no card, where TenderWatch offers a seven-day trial.

Reason 4: the notices are not all written in French

TenderWatch works on French text from a single French journal. Scoutee proposes keywords from the company profile and translates them into the 24 languages of its sources, so one saved search finds Flemish, German, Spanish and Polish notices. From Pro, the API and the MCP server let that search run from a CRM or an assistant; TenderWatch publishes no API on its three plans.

Where TenderWatch is strong

  • A relevance score from 0 to 100 per notice, which adapts to wins and losses on the top plan.
  • Award notices with price quartiles, useful to position a bid before writing it.
  • A document library with expiry alerts, so an out-of-date certificate is caught early.
  • A published grid with seats, monthly and cancellable, with twenty percent off annually.

FAQ

Does TenderWatch cover tenders outside France?

No. It reads the BOAMP, the French official journal, and states that the European journal will be added later. Contracts published on the national portals of other countries are not in its index. Scoutee collects more than 100 official sources in more than 30 countries of Europe and North America, every night, in every plan.

How much does TenderWatch cost?

Three published plans, read on 14 September 2026: Starter 39 euros a month with one seat and three document analyses, Pro 99 euros with three seats and fifteen analyses, Business 199 euros with ten seats and no limit. A seven-day trial, and twenty percent off on annual billing. Scoutee's Pro plan is 49 euros a month.

Can I try Scoutee before paying?

Yes, and without a countdown. The free plan never expires: search every source, save searches, receive one daily alert and run two tender analyses a month. Pro and Team are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.

Does Scoutee give a go or no-go score like TenderWatch?

No. Scoutee does not score a tender against a company profile. Its analysis extracts the facts a decision needs: deadlines, budget, requirements and the criteria that would exclude the company. The judgement stays with the team, on a page the whole workspace can read.

Is Scoutee's coverage really included in every plan?

Yes. Free, Pro and Team search the same index, more than 100 official sources in more than 30 countries, collected every night and deduplicated. Plans differ by alerts, analyses, users and the award history on Team, never by source or by country.
