About DoubleTrade

DoubleTrade is one of the historical French tender-monitoring services, part of the Intescia group alongside Explore. It collects public and private tenders from the French official journals and buyer platforms, resolves the buyers behind them, retrieves the consultation file (DCE) for its subscribers and, since 2025, reads that file with a language model to summarise it. Its customers are mostly French SMEs and larger sales teams in construction, services and supplies who want a daily feed of notices qualified for their zone and trade. Subscriptions are sold on an annual contract, sized by geographic zone, sources and number of users, and priced on quote after a demonstration.

Why companies move from DoubleTrade to Scoutee

Reason 1: every country, not a zone

DoubleTrade prices its monitoring by geographic zone: the départements or regions a company works in, with the rest of France and Europe as options. A company that answers tenders in France and Belgium, or that follows a client into Germany, buys the extension or does without. Scoutee indexes more than 100 official sources in more than 30 countries of Europe and North America, deduplicated into one notice per tender, and every plan searches all of them, the free one included. Nothing is sold per département, per country or per region.

Reason 2: a published price, monthly, without a contract

DoubleTrade publishes no price. Its site asks for a demonstration and the quote follows, on an annual contract with tacit renewal; the comparison sites written by its competitors put the ticket between 150 and 250 euros a month, which DoubleTrade neither confirms nor denies. Scoutee publishes its prices: a free plan, Pro at 49 euros a month and Team at 149 euros a month, monthly or yearly at ten months, cancellable at any time. A company knows what it pays before it signs up.

Reason 3: the analysis is part of the plan, not a module

DoubleTrade added a language-model reading of the consultation file in 2025, sold inside its packages without a public price. On Scoutee the analysis is the product: the free plan starts two a month, Pro a hundred, Team without limit. Each analysis retrieves the file from the buyer's platform and extracts the deadlines, the budget, the requirements and the criteria that would exclude the company, on one page shared with the whole workspace. Reading an analysis somebody already ran costs nothing.

Reason 4: AI that speaks the languages of the notices

A French company that searches "nettoyage de locaux" on DoubleTrade finds French notices. On Scoutee the keywords proposed from the company profile are translated into the 24 languages of the sources, so the same search finds the Belgian, Luxembourgish, Swiss and, if wanted, Polish notices without writing a word of Dutch or Polish. The company memory keeps the references, certifications and past bids the next answer starts from.

Where DoubleTrade is strong

  • Twenty years of French buyer data and a sales team that qualifies leads by phone for larger accounts.
  • Private-sector tenders and pre-information signals that no official portal publishes.
  • The DCE retrieved for the subscriber and archived, with the notice history of each buyer.
  • Account management and onboarding for teams that want a service, not only a tool.

FAQ

Does DoubleTrade cover tenders outside France?

Its core is the French official journals and buyer platforms, with the European notices of TED as an option. Notices published only on the national portals of other countries, under the EU thresholds, are not its business. Scoutee collects those national portals in more than 30 countries.

How much does DoubleTrade cost?

DoubleTrade does not publish a price. Subscriptions are quoted after a demonstration, on an annual contract, and sized by zone, sources and users. Third-party comparison sites cite 150 to 250 euros a month for a small company; treat that as an estimate. Scoutee's Pro plan is 49 euros a month, published, monthly, without commitment.

Can I try Scoutee before paying?

Yes. The free plan never expires: search every source, save searches, receive one daily alert and run two tender analyses a month. Pro and Team are monthly and cancellable.

Does Scoutee retrieve the consultation file like DoubleTrade?

Yes. The analysis fetches the file from the buyer's platform, reads it and extracts what decides a bid: deadlines, budget, requirements, exclusion criteria. The documents stay attached to the tender for the workspace.

Is the coverage really included in every plan?

Yes. Scoutee's free, Pro and Team plans search the same index, more than 100 official sources in more than 30 countries, collected every night. The plans differ by alerts, analyses, users and the award history, never by geography.
