About Finndoff

Finndoff is a Norwegian tender service built on Doffin, the national procurement portal, and on the European TED journal. It sells modules rather than tiers. Varsling, the alerting base, is 829 kroner a month, about 71 euros, and includes two users; Innsikt adds 649 kroner a month for competitor and award insight and buyers' procurement plans; Anbudshjelp AI adds 1,499 kroner a month for an AI reading of the tender documents and qualification checks. A human consultant is billed at 990 kroner per thirty minutes. Extra users are 199 kroner a month. There is no binding period, and a ten-day trial with an expert-configured search profile is offered without a card.

Why companies move from Finndoff to Scoutee

Reason 1: Doffin and TED, and nothing below the thresholds abroad

Finndoff's index is Norwegian: Doffin for the national notices, TED for the European ones above the EU thresholds. What a Swedish municipality, a Danish region or a German Land publishes only on its own portal, under those thresholds, is not in the feed. For a Norwegian supplier expanding into Sweden or Denmark, that is most of the market. Scoutee collects more than 100 official sources in more than 30 countries of Europe and North America, national portals included, deduplicated into one notice per tender.

Reason 2: the AI module costs more than the service it is added to

Anbudshjelp AI is 1,499 kroner a month, roughly 129 euros, on top of the 829-kroner base: the AI reading costs nearly twice the alerting it sits on. A company that wants alerts, insight and AI pays all three lines every month, whether it analysed one tender or twenty. Scoutee's Pro plan is 49 euros a month with 100 analyses included, and Team at 149 euros runs them without a limit. Ten extra analyses cost ten euros.

Reason 3: a free plan instead of ten days, and users that come with the plan

Finndoff's trial lasts ten days and its base package holds two users, with each additional one at 199 kroner a month. Scoutee's free plan never expires: search across every source, saved searches, one daily alert and two analyses a month. Team, at 149 euros a month, carries ten users with no per-seat charge, unlimited analyses and the award history showing who won which contract.

Reason 4: searching in the language the notice was published in

Finndoff searches Norwegian notices and the TED record. Scoutee builds keywords from the company profile and translates them into the 24 languages of its sources, so a saved search written in Norwegian also matches the Swedish, Danish, Finnish and German notices. The company memory keeps references and certifications for the next bid, and the API and an MCP server come with Pro, with a public MCP server open to anyone without an account.

Where Finndoff is strong

  • No binding period, and the modules are bought and dropped one at a time.
  • A human consultant at 990 kroner per thirty minutes, for the questions software does not answer.
  • Innsikt shows who your competitors beat and at what price, plus the buyers' procurement plans.
  • The trial starts with a search profile set up by an expert, with no card and no automatic conversion.

FAQ

Does Finndoff cover tenders outside Norway?

Only through TED, which carries European notices above the EU thresholds. Contracts published solely on a Swedish, Danish, Finnish or German national portal, below those thresholds, are not in the feed. Scoutee collects more than 100 official sources across more than 30 countries, national portals included, in every plan.

How much does Finndoff cost?

Varsling is 829 kroner a month, about 71 euros, with two users. Innsikt adds 649 kroner and Anbudshjelp AI adds 1,499 kroner, so all three modules come to 2,977 kroner a month. Extra users are 199 kroner. Scoutee's Pro plan is 49 euros a month with 100 analyses, and Team is 149 euros for ten users.

Can I try Scoutee before paying?

Yes, and without a deadline. The free plan never expires: search every source, save searches, receive one daily alert and run two tender analyses a month. Pro and Team are monthly and cancellable at any time.

Does Scoutee read the tender documents like Anbudshjelp AI?

Yes, and inside the plan. The analysis retrieves the documents from the buyer's platform and extracts deadlines, budget, requirements and exclusion criteria, including the criteria that would exclude the company. The page is shared with the workspace, and reading one somebody already ran is free.

Is Scoutee's coverage really included in every plan?

Yes. Free, Pro and Team search the same index: more than 100 official sources in more than 30 countries, collected every night and deduplicated. The plans differ by alerts, analyses, users and award history, never by country and never by module.
