About InfoAppalti

InfoAppalti is an Italian tender information service built around sector databases. A subscriber buys the one that matches its trade: Lavori for works, from €250 a year, Progetti for design at €200, Servizi at €240, Forniture at €240, Sanità for healthcare at €240, each on a twelve-month term with an occasional eighteen-months-for-twelve offer. Inside a database, consultation of notices and tender documents is unlimited, results of past procedures are searchable and email alerts are available as an option. Two further products are sold separately: a supplier-register database, Albi fornitori, at €390 a year, and European notices at €280 as a one-off. Its customers are Italian firms bidding in their own sector.

Why companies move from InfoAppalti to Scoutee

Reason 1: the trade, not the country, is the paywall

InfoAppalti cuts its catalogue along sector lines. A construction firm that also supplies equipment buys Lavori and Forniture, two subscriptions; a company curious about European contracts pays €280 more for them. The perimeter follows the invoice. Scoutee has one index and no sector or territory tier: more than 100 official sources in more than 30 countries of Europe and North America, collected every night and deduplicated into one row per tender, searched in full by every plan, including the free one.

Reason 2: what 49 euros a month covers

A single InfoAppalti sector database at €200 to €250 a year costs less than Scoutee Pro at 49 euros a month, and for one trade in one country, that is a reasonable trade. Scoutee's 49 euros covers more than 30 countries with no sector split, daily alerts on every saved search, AI Match keywords in 24 languages, a hundred tender analyses a month, company memory, buyer profiles, the API and an MCP server. The comparison is not price against price but one sector against a continent.

Reason 3: alerts are an option there, the default here

On InfoAppalti the email alert is listed as an option on top of the database subscription: searching and being told are billed separately. On Scoutee the free plan carries one daily alert and Pro sends a daily alert on every saved search, only when something new matches, with no add-on. A firm can keep one saved search per trade and per region without counting slots or paying per alert.

Reason 4: no AI reading of the tender file

InfoAppalti gives unlimited consultation of notices and documents, which matters, but mentions no AI reading of them: the bid team still opens every file. On Scoutee the analysis fetches the documents from the buyer's platform and extracts the deadlines, the budget, the requirements and the exclusion criteria, on a page the workspace shares. Two a month on the free plan, a hundred on Pro, unlimited on Team at 149 euros, and ten more for ten euros.

Where InfoAppalti is strong

  • Unlimited consultation of notices and tender documents inside a subscribed database, with no download quota.
  • Results of past procedures included in the sector subscription rather than sold as a separate product.
  • A supplier-register database, Albi fornitori, which covers a route to public work that notice feeds miss.
  • Published prices per sector, in a market where several Italian competitors have taken their price lists offline.

FAQ

Does InfoAppalti cover tenders outside Italy?

Its databases are Italian, by sector. European notices exist as a separate product at €280, and a USA–Italy category is listed; the national portals of other European countries are not its subject. Scoutee collects more than 100 official sources in more than 30 countries of Europe and North America, in every plan, with no country sold apart.

How much does InfoAppalti cost?

Prices read on 14 September 2026: Progetti €200 a year, Servizi, Forniture and Sanità €240, Lavori from €250, each a separate sector database on a twelve-month term, with an eighteen-for-twelve offer. Albi fornitori is €390 a year and European notices €280 as a one-off. Scoutee's Pro plan is 49 euros a month.

Can I try Scoutee before paying?

Yes. The free plan never expires: search every official source in more than 30 countries, save searches, receive one daily alert and run two tender analyses a month, without a card. Pro and Team are monthly and cancellable at any time. A public MCP server is open with no account.

Does Scoutee give unlimited access to tender documents like InfoAppalti?

Scoutee attaches the documents retrieved by an analysis to the tender, for the whole workspace, and rereading an analysis already run is free. The number counted is analyses, not downloads: two a month on the free plan, a hundred on Pro, unlimited on Team, with ten extra for ten euros.

Is Scoutee's coverage really included in every plan?

Yes. Free, Pro and Team search the same index: more than 100 official sources in more than 30 countries, collected every night and deduplicated. Plans differ by alerts, analyses, users and the award history on Team. There is no sector database, no European supplement and no per-trade subscription.
