TenderApp is a Dutch tender-monitoring platform for companies selling to the public sector in the Netherlands. It aggregates more than fifteen sources, including TenderNed, enriches them with its own data team and adds an AI chat over the tender documents. Its customers are Dutch bid teams in care, ICT, mobility and construction. Four tiers are published: Start at 148 euros a month with two users and fifty AI credits, Grow at 498 euros, Scale at 848 euros, and Enterprise from 4,000 euros a month. Subscriptions run for twelve months with three months' notice, and onboarding is charged separately, from 495 to 1,995 euros depending on tier and format. Extra users are 49 euros a month.

TenderApp's base is Dutch: more than fifteen sources, TenderNed among them. The wider set, the 3,000-plus sources of TenderApp Horizon, arrives with the Scale tier at 848 euros a month.
