About Infoconcurso

Infoconcurso is a Spanish alert service that describes itself as the search engine for public contests, tenders and awards published in Spain. It collects and classifies the notices published every day by Spanish contracting authorities, lets a subscriber build detailed filters and sends up to two alerts a day to several email addresses, with the full expediente accessible from the notice. Its customers are Spanish companies of every size that answer public tenders at home. Pricing is published and divided by object: the notice alert costs €26 a month, €72 a quarter or €240 a year, with a 20% discount in the first year; award alerts are a separate €240-a-year subscription; extra users cost €15 a month each. A 20-day trial is offered.

Why companies move from Infoconcurso to Scoutee

Reason 1: Spain is the service, and the service is Spain

Infoconcurso is explicit about its perimeter: tenders convened in Spain. That is a clear promise, and for a company that bids only there it is kept well. It is a wall the day a Spanish supplier follows a client to Portugal, answers a French framework or looks at buyers in Italy. Scoutee indexes more than 100 official sources in more than 30 countries of Europe and North America, collected every night and deduplicated into one row per tender, and every plan searches all of them, including the free one.

Reason 2: what 49 euros buys is a different product

Infoconcurso's €26 a month is cheaper than Scoutee Pro at 49 euros, and it should be: it buys daily alerts on one country's notices. Scoutee's 49 euros buys the whole index of more than 30 countries, daily alerts on every saved search, AI Match keywords translated into 24 languages, a hundred tender analyses a month, company memory, buyer profiles, the API and an MCP server. A Spanish company that only wants alerts on Spanish notices is well served where it is; one that wants the documents read is not.

Reason 3: awards are a second subscription there

On Infoconcurso, award alerts are sold apart, at €240 a year on top of the notice subscription. Knowing who won, at what price, means paying twice. On Scoutee the award history is part of the Team plan at 149 euros a month, which also carries ten users, unlimited analyses and priority support, across the same 30-plus countries as the rest of the index. Buyer profile pages are available from Pro at 49 euros a month.

Reason 4: nobody reads the expediente for you

Infoconcurso gives access to the full expediente, which is real and useful, but mentions no AI reading of it: the team still opens the documents itself. On Scoutee each analysis fetches those documents from the buyer's platform and extracts the deadlines, the budget, the requirements and the exclusion criteria, on one page shared with the workspace. Two a month on the free plan, a hundred on Pro, unlimited on Team, with ten extra for ten euros, and rereading one costs nothing.

Where Infoconcurso is strong

  • Published prices in monthly, quarterly and annual form, with a 20-day trial, in a market that often sells on quote.
  • Detailed alert filters and up to two sends a day, to several addresses inside the same company.
  • Access to the full expediente from the notice, not only the summary.
  • Deep specialisation in Spanish contracting authorities and the way they publish, built on that one market.

FAQ

Does Infoconcurso cover tenders outside Spain?

No. The site states its subject plainly: public contests, tenders and awards convened in Spain. Whether European notices are included is not stated on the pages read. Scoutee collects more than 100 official sources in more than 30 countries of Europe and North America, and Spain is one of them, present in every plan.

How much does Infoconcurso cost?

Prices read on 14 September 2026: notice alerts €26 a month, €72 a quarter or €240 a year, with 20% off the first year; award alerts a separate €240 a year; extra users €15 a month each; a 20-day trial. Scoutee's Pro plan is 49 euros a month for ten times the countries and a hundred analyses.

Can I try Scoutee before paying?

Yes, and without a 20-day countdown. The free plan never expires: search every official source in more than 30 countries, save searches, receive one daily alert and run two tender analyses a month. No card is required. Pro and Team are monthly and cancellable at any time.

Does Scoutee give access to the tender documents like Infoconcurso?

Yes, and it reads them. The analysis fetches the documents from the buyer's platform, extracts the deadlines, the budget, the requirements and the exclusion criteria, and keeps them attached to the tender for the workspace. Free runs two analyses a month, Pro a hundred, Team unlimited, extras ten for ten euros.

Is Scoutee's coverage really included in every plan?

Yes. Free, Pro and Team search the same index: more than 100 official sources in more than 30 countries, collected every night and deduplicated. Plans differ by alerts, analyses, users and the award history on Team. Awards are not a separate subscription and no country is priced on its own.
