About Tenderlake

Tenderlake is a British company selling AI-assisted tender discovery to suppliers who bid for public contracts. Its Monitor product matches notices to a company profile, sends alerts, tracks competitors and exposes an API. It is sold in two geographic plans: UK and Ireland at £325 a month, or £249 a month paid annually, covering lower and higher value contracts, frameworks and dynamic purchasing systems; and Europe, UK and International at £546 a month, or £396 annually, adding the EU, Norway, Switzerland, the World Bank and below-threshold national tenders. Both include two admin seats plus five or seven professional licences, ten years of data and API access. A separate product, Tenderlake Analyst, reads documents on metered credits. Plans start with a seven-day trial.

Why companies move from Tenderlake to Scoutee

Reason 1: Europe is the upper plan, not the plan

Tenderlake draws a line across the map and prices it. A company on the £325 plan sees the United Kingdom and Ireland; to see a French, German or Spanish notice it moves to £546 a month. The continent is an upgrade. Scoutee has one index: more than 100 official sources in more than 30 countries of Europe and North America, collected every night and deduplicated into one row per tender. Every plan searches all of it, including the free plan, and no country is a line item.

Reason 2: the AI is not sold beside the subscription

Tenderlake states plainly that Tenderlake Analyst is not part of the Monitor plans: it runs on credits bought separately and spent per question, and the credit price is not published. A company on £325 a month still does not know what reading a specification will cost. On Scoutee the analysis is inside the plan and counted: two a month on the free plan, a hundred on Pro at 49 euros a month, unlimited on Team at 149 euros, with ten extra for ten euros. The price of an analysis is published.

Reason 3: 49 euros a month against £325

Tenderlake's entry plan is £325 a month, or £249 committed for a year, for two countries. Scoutee's Pro plan is 49 euros a month, or 490 a year, for more than 30 countries, with daily alerts on every saved search, AI Match keywords in 24 languages, a hundred analyses, company memory, buyer profiles, the API and MCP. Team at 149 euros a month adds ten users, unlimited analyses and the award history. Both are monthly and cancellable.

Reason 4: keywords that speak the languages of the sources

Tenderlake's Europe plan opens below-threshold national tenders in EU countries, which is the right instinct: those notices are published in Dutch, Italian, Polish and twenty-one other languages. Scoutee proposes keywords from the company profile and translates them into the 24 languages of its sources, so a single saved search matches notices the supplier could not have written. The company memory keeps references, certifications and past bids for the next response.

Where Tenderlake is strong

  • API access on both plans, including the £325 entry plan, which most competitors reserve for their top tier.
  • Ten years of data and competitor tracking, useful for reading how a market has been awarded.
  • Frameworks and dynamic purchasing systems surfaced explicitly, not buried in the notice flow.
  • A seven-day trial with no card, and published prices on both geographic plans.

FAQ

Does Tenderlake cover tenders outside the UK and Ireland?

Yes, on its upper plan. The Europe, UK and International plan at £546 a month adds the EU, Norway, Switzerland, the World Bank and below-threshold national tenders. The £325 entry plan stays on the United Kingdom and Ireland. Scoutee includes more than 30 countries of Europe and North America in every plan, free included.

How much does Tenderlake cost?

Prices read on 14 September 2026: UK and Ireland £325 a month, or £249 a month paid annually; Europe, UK and International £546 a month, or £396 annually. Both carry two admin seats plus five or seven professional licences. Tenderlake Analyst is bought separately in credits, price not published. Scoutee Pro is 49 euros a month.

Can I try Scoutee before paying?

Yes, and without a seven-day clock. The free plan never expires: search every official source in more than 30 countries, save searches, receive one daily alert and run two tender analyses a month, with no card. Pro and Team are monthly and cancellable at any time.

Does Scoutee do AI tender discovery like Tenderlake?

Scoutee proposes keywords from the company profile, translated into 24 languages, and searches the full text of every notice in the index. The analysis then reads the actual tender documents and extracts deadlines, budget, requirements and exclusion criteria. Unlike Tenderlake Analyst, it is included in the plan and counted, not bought in credits.

Is Scoutee's coverage really included in every plan?

Yes. Free, Pro and Team search the same index: more than 100 official sources in more than 30 countries, collected every night and deduplicated. The plans differ by alerts, analyses, users and the award history on Team. There is no European plan and no national plan, only one index.
