About Telemat

Telemat is an Italian company that has monitored public procurement in Italy for decades. It collects the notices, corrections and results of public bodies, central purchasing organisations and contracting authorities across the country, and offers a document analysis feature called MyDOC that uses artificial intelligence to extract requirements from a tender file. Around the core subscription it sells add-ons: a MePA module, a deadline calendar called Scadenzario and a legal service. Subscriptions are sold by territory, from a single province up to the whole of Italy, on a twelve-month term, and the company asks for the province when a visitor requests the 10-day trial. The price list is no longer published on the site; a dated convention list cites €350 to €620 a year plus VAT.

Why companies move from Telemat to Scoutee

Reason 1: the province decides what you can see

Telemat's subscription is drawn on the Italian map: a province, a region, or all of Italy, with a separate section for foreign tenders. A firm in Veneto that starts bidding in Lombardy widens its subscription; one that looks at Austria or Slovenia leaves the product. Scoutee has no territorial tier at all. More than 100 official sources in more than 30 countries of Europe and North America are collected every night, deduplicated into one row per tender, and searched by every plan, the free one included.

Reason 2: a price you can read before you call

Telemat no longer publishes its price list. A visitor asks for a trial, gives a province and waits for a quote; the figures in circulation, €350 to €620 a year plus VAT by territory, come from a dated convention list, with the MePA module at €480 and Scadenzario at €300 on top. Scoutee publishes everything: free, Pro at 49 euros a month or 490 a year, Team at 149 euros a month with ten users, monthly, cancellable at any time. Extra analyses are ten for ten euros.

Reason 3: alerts should not be an add-on

On Telemat the deadline calendar, Scadenzario, is sold separately at around €300 a year. Being told when something matches is priced apart from being able to search. On Scoutee the free plan carries one daily alert and Pro sends a daily alert on every saved search, only when a new notice matches, at no extra cost. Nothing about alerting is a module, and a company can add saved searches as its trades multiply.

Reason 4: keywords in the language of each source

Telemat searches Italian notices in Italian, which is the right tool for Italy. A company that wants to answer in Austria, France or Spain has to search in German, French and Spanish. Scoutee proposes keywords from the company profile and translates them into the 24 languages of its sources, so one saved search reaches notices across the index. The company memory keeps references, certifications and past bids for the next response.

Where Telemat is strong

  • Decades of continuous coverage of Italian contracting authorities, including the smaller ones that publish irregularly.
  • MyDOC, an AI reading of the tender file, already part of the offer rather than announced for later.
  • The MePA module, which follows the Italian public marketplace that no general European tool covers.
  • A legal service and a deadline calendar sold alongside the monitoring, for firms that want the whole process handled.

FAQ

Does Telemat cover tenders outside Italy?

Its subject is Italy: provinces, regions and national contracting authorities, with a separate foreign-tenders section. Whether European notices are included is not stated on the pages read. Scoutee collects more than 100 official sources in more than 30 countries of Europe and North America, Italy among them, in every plan.

How much does Telemat cost?

Telemat no longer publishes a price list. A dated convention list cites €350 to €620 a year plus VAT depending on the territory, from one province to all of Italy, with a MePA module at €480 and Scadenzario at €300; treat those as unconfirmed. Subscriptions run twelve months. Scoutee's Pro plan is 49 euros a month, published.

Can I try Scoutee before paying?

Yes, and without a 10-day trial clock. The free plan never expires: search every official source in more than 30 countries, save searches, receive one daily alert and run two tender analyses a month. No card is required. Pro and Team are monthly and cancellable at any time.

Does Scoutee read the tender documents like MyDOC?

Yes. The analysis fetches the documents from the buyer's platform, reads them and extracts the deadlines, the budget, the requirements and the exclusion criteria, on a page shared with the workspace. The free plan runs two a month, Pro a hundred, Team unlimited; ten more cost ten euros, and rereading one is free.

Is Scoutee's coverage really included in every plan?

Yes. Free, Pro and Team search the same index: more than 100 official sources in more than 30 countries, collected every night and deduplicated. The plans differ by alerts, analyses, users and the award history on Team. No province, region or country is priced separately.
