About TenderGuide

TenderGuide is a Dutch tender-monitoring subscription for companies answering public contracts in the Netherlands. Its published offer is a single tier: 209 euros a month for one sector, with each additional sector charged at fifty percent more. Five users are included, and the contract runs for twelve months and renews automatically. The model is sectoral rather than geographic. A company picks the trade it follows and the subscription follows that choice, inside one country. On 14 September 2026 the tenderguide.nl domain did not resolve, so the figures here come from a pricing review of Dutch tender tools carried out on 13 September 2026 and are reported as they stood then.

Why companies move from TenderGuide to Scoutee

Reason 1: neither the sector nor the country is an option to buy

TenderGuide cuts its subscription by trade: one sector at 209 euros a month, and fifty percent more for every sector added, all inside the Netherlands. A company that installs, maintains and also trains pays for three slices of the same market, and still sees nothing published in Belgium or Germany. Scoutee sells no slice. It indexes more than 100 official sources in more than 30 countries of Europe and North America, deduplicated into one notice per tender, and every plan searches all of them, including the free one.

Reason 2: twelve months that renew on their own

The TenderGuide subscription runs for twelve months and renews automatically, so a company that finds the fit wrong in March waits out the year. Scoutee is billed monthly and cancelled from the account: Pro at 49 euros a month, Team at 149 euros a month, or a year paid up front at ten months' worth. Before that, the free plan runs indefinitely, with search, saved searches, one daily alert and two analyses a month.

Reason 3: 49 euros for the whole map, not 209 for one trade

At 209 euros a month for a single sector in a single country, a second sector brings TenderGuide to around 314 euros. Scoutee's Pro plan is 49 euros a month, with daily alerts on every saved search, 100 analyses a month, buyer profiles, company memory, the API and an MCP server. Team is 149 euros a month for ten users, with unlimited analyses and award history. Both prices are published and identical wherever the company is based.

Reason 4: an AI analysis that is part of the price

The pricing review of 13 September 2026 found no AI reading of the tender documents among TenderGuide's published features; the subscription is described by sector, users and term. On Scoutee the analysis is the product. It retrieves the documents from the buyer's platform and extracts deadlines, budget, requirements and exclusion criteria. Keywords built from the company profile are translated into the 24 languages of the sources, so the same search reaches a Flemish or German notice.

Where TenderGuide is strong

  • One published price, with no demonstration and no quote before a company can compare.
  • Five users are included in the 209-euro subscription, rather than billed per seat.
  • The sector model keeps the feed narrow, which suits a company working in a single trade.
  • A Dutch focus, on a market where notices, portals and buyer habits are consistent.

FAQ

Does TenderGuide cover tenders outside the Netherlands?

Its published offer is Dutch, and its subscription is divided by sector rather than by country. Nothing in the reviewed pricing extends it to Belgium, Germany or the Nordics. Scoutee collects more than 100 official sources in more than 30 countries of Europe and North America, in one index, on every plan.

How much does TenderGuide cost?

209 euros a month for one sector, plus fifty percent for each additional sector, with five users included and a twelve-month contract that renews automatically. Those figures were read on 13 September 2026, and the site was unreachable on 14 September 2026. Scoutee's Pro plan is 49 euros a month, published and monthly.

Can I try Scoutee before paying?

Yes. The free plan never expires: search every source, save searches, receive one daily alert and run two tender analyses a month. Pro and Team are monthly and cancellable at any time, with nothing to pay to start.

Does Scoutee filter by sector the way TenderGuide does?

Yes, without charging for it. Saved searches narrow the feed by keyword, buyer, country and CPV code, and AI Match proposes keywords from the company profile. Adding a second trade costs nothing: the plan does not change when the search does.

Is Scoutee's coverage really included in every plan?

Yes. Free, Pro and Team search the same index: more than 100 official sources in more than 30 countries, collected every night and deduplicated. The plans differ by alerts, analyses, users and award history, never by sector or geography.
