About Oferent

Oferent is a Polish tender-monitoring service. It gathers Polish public procurement from more than 10,000 websites and public bulletins, the BZP official journal, TED and about a hundred press titles, including contracts under the thresholds, and keeps an archive reaching back to 2007. Subscribers get a search engine, email alerts on their own criteria, the specifications and the tender documents, award results linked to the original notice, a mobile application and an account manager. The service is sold by prepaid term, net of VAT: 900 zloty for three months, 1,400 for six, 2,000 for twelve, which works out at roughly 71, 55 and 39 euros a month. A twenty-day trial comes first. The offer contains no AI analysis.

Why companies move from Oferent to Scoutee

Reason 1: Poland in depth, and the border as a wall

Oferent's strength is the density of one country: 10,000 sources, the BZP, a hundred press titles, an archive since 2007. TED carries the European notices above the thresholds, and there the map ends. A Polish manufacturer selling into Germany, Czechia, Slovakia or Lithuania cannot see the notices those countries publish only on their own portals, under the thresholds, which is where most winnable contracts sit. Scoutee collects more than 100 official sources in more than 30 countries of Europe and North America, every plan reaching all of them.

Reason 2: a term paid in advance, or a month at a time

Oferent's best rate asks for 2,000 zloty paid at once for twelve months; three months costs 900 zloty, about 71 euros a month. Scoutee is 49 euros a month for Pro, with nothing prepaid and cancellation at any time, and 490 a year for companies that prefer to settle once. Below that sits a free plan that never expires, with search across every source, saved searches, one daily alert and two tender analyses a month.

Reason 3: the documents read, not only delivered

Oferent delivers the specifications and the tender documents, which is real work. Scoutee reads them. An analysis fetches the file from the buyer's platform and returns the deadlines, the budget, the requirements and the exclusion criteria on one page the whole workspace shares: 100 a month on Pro, unlimited on Team, two on the free plan, and ten more for ten euros. Reading an analysis a colleague already ran costs nothing.

Reason 4: 24 languages, and an API in the 49-euro plan

Searching Polish procurement works in Polish. Searching five countries does not. Scoutee proposes keywords from the company profile and translates them into the 24 languages of its sources, so one saved search finds the German, Czech and Lithuanian wording of the same work. Pro at 49 euros also carries the API, an MCP server, buyer profiles and the company memory that keeps references and certifications for the next bid. A public MCP server answers without an account at all.

Where Oferent is strong

  • Depth in Poland: more than 10,000 sites and bulletins, the BZP, TED and about a hundred press titles in one place.
  • An archive that goes back to 2007, useful for pricing against what a buyer awarded years ago.
  • Award results linked to the notice they came from, so the outcome is read next to the requirement.
  • An account manager and a mobile application, for firms that follow notices away from a desk.

FAQ

Does Oferent cover tenders outside Poland?

Through TED, yes: the European notices above the thresholds are among its sources. What it does not carry is the national portals of other countries, where contracts under the EU thresholds are published, so German, Czech or Lithuanian regional notices stay invisible. Scoutee collects more than 100 official sources in more than 30 countries, above and below the thresholds.

How much does Oferent cost?

Prices are published net of VAT, read on 14 September 2026: 900 zloty for three months, 1,400 for six, 2,000 for twelve, paid in advance, which is about 71, 55 and 39 euros a month. A twenty-day trial precedes them. Scoutee's Pro is 49 euros a month, or 490 a year, cancellable at any time.

Can I try Scoutee before paying?

Yes, and with no end date. Oferent gives twenty trial days; Scoutee's free plan never expires: search every official source, save searches, receive one daily alert and run two tender analyses a month. Pro at 49 euros and Team at 149 euros are monthly and cancellable at any time.

Does Scoutee show award results and an archive like Oferent?

Award history, who won what, comes with Team at 149 euros a month, along with buyer profiles and ten users. Scoutee does not claim an archive reaching back to 2007; Oferent's depth of Polish history is its own. What Scoutee adds is the documents of a live notice, read and summarised.

Is Scoutee's coverage really included in every plan?

Yes. Free, Pro and Team search the same index of more than 100 official sources in more than 30 countries, collected every night and deduplicated. No country is a separate purchase and no term is prepaid. The plans differ by alerts, analyses, users and the award history on Team.
