About Wanao

Wanao is a French tender monitoring publisher. It says it reads nearly 10,000 sources every day, the BOAMP, the European journal, public institution websites, the regional daily press and aggregators such as PLACE and achatpublic.com, for around 400,000 French notices a year. Around the monitoring service sit separate products: a web platform to follow opportunities, a CRM, WanReport for award analysis, WanConnect for the interfaces, Sendao to file bids electronically, and a module that drafts the technical memorandum. The administrative part of a bid file can be composed automatically. No price is published; the modules are quoted one by one after a demonstration.

Why companies move from Wanao to Scoutee

Reason 1: ten thousand sources, all of them French

The 10,000 sources Wanao reads every day are the French ones, plus the European journal for notices above the thresholds. A haulier in Metz bidding in Luxembourg, or a software company answering a Walloon contract, has to look elsewhere. Scoutee collects more than 100 official sources in more than 30 countries of Europe and North America, national portals included, and deduplicates a notice republished on several of them. Every plan searches the whole index, from the free one up, and no country is added as a module.

Reason 2: one subscription instead of a list of modules

At Wanao, the monitoring, the CRM, the award reports, the interfaces, the electronic filing and the AI memorandum are quoted separately; the price pages are not reachable, and a starting figure of 600 euros published on a comparison site is undated and contradicted by the vendor. A company therefore discovers its total after several quotes. Scoutee has three published plans: free, Pro at 49 euros a month, Team at 149 euros a month for ten users. Reason 3: the analysis in the plan, not in a quote

Wanao's AI writes a draft technical memorandum, as a module priced on request. Scoutee does the step before: the analysis fetches the consultation documents from the buyer's platform and extracts the deadlines, the budget, the requirements and the criteria that would exclude the company, so the go or no-go decision comes first. Two analyses a month on the free plan, a hundred on Pro, unlimited on Team, ten more for ten euros, and rereading one a colleague ran is free.

Reason 4: interfaces from 49 euros, and search in 24 languages

WanConnect, Wanao's interface module, is quoted separately. Scoutee opens its API and its MCP server from the Pro plan at 49 euros a month, and a public MCP server works without an account at all. The keywords proposed from the company profile are translated into the 24 languages of the sources, so one saved search reaches Dutch, German and Spanish notices. The company memory keeps references and past bids for the next answer.

Sendao files a bid electronically across the French buyer platforms, which Scoutee does not do.

Does Wanao cover tenders outside France?

It covers France, with the European journal for notices above the EU thresholds. Contracts published only on the national portals of Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany or Spain, under those thresholds, are not part of its 10,000 daily sources. Scoutee collects more than 100 official sources in more than 30 countries, every night, in every plan.

How much does Wanao cost?

Wanao publishes no price and its price pages are not reachable. Each module, monitoring, CRM, WanReport, WanConnect, Sendao and the AI memorandum, is quoted separately after a demonstration. A comparison site lists 600 euros as a starting point, undated and contradicted by the vendor. Scoutee's Pro plan is 49 euros a month, published.

Can I try Scoutee before paying?

Yes. The free plan never expires: search every source, save searches, receive one daily alert and run two tender analyses a month. Pro and Team are monthly and cancellable, and the public MCP server works without an account.

Does Scoutee file bids like Sendao?

No. Scoutee stops before the filing: it finds the tender, retrieves the documents from the buyer's platform and analyses them, then the bid is filed on that platform as usual. Sendao is built for that step, and a company that wants it should keep a tool that does it.
