About Supply2Gov

Supply2Gov is the entry-level tender alert service of BiP Solutions, the Glasgow group that also runs Tracker Intelligence. It is aimed at small suppliers taking their first steps in public procurement, and it is sold by territory. The Local Area plan is free forever and covers one postcode area. The Country plan, at £25 a month or £270 a year, covers England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland, one of them. The UK plan is £80 a month or £499 a year, and UK and Ireland together £95 a month or £899 a year. Every plan sends keyword alerts by email on weekdays and includes access to CompeteFor and a helpdesk.

Why companies move from Supply2Gov to Scoutee

Reason 1: the map is the price list

On Supply2Gov the territory is the product: one postcode area free, one country at £25 a month, the United Kingdom at £80, the United Kingdom and Ireland at £95, with discounts for adding further countries. A supplier who widens its radius buys the next tier. Scoutee has no territory tier. More than 100 official sources in more than 30 countries of Europe and North America, collected every night and deduplicated, are searched by every plan, free included. The difference is not what a country costs but that it costs nothing extra.

Reason 2: what 49 euros buys is a different thing

Supply2Gov's Country plan at £25 a month is cheaper than Scoutee Pro at 49 euros, and honestly so: it buys keyword alerts on one nation's notices. Scoutee's 49 euros buys the whole index of 30-plus countries, daily alerts on every saved search, AI Match keywords translated into 24 languages, a hundred tender analyses a month, company memory, buyer profiles, the API and an MCP server. These are not the same purchase, and a company that only wants weekday alerts on Welsh notices is well served where it is.

Reason 3: nobody reads the documents for you

Supply2Gov's plans list alerts, keywords and a tender-readiness toolkit; they do not list an AI reading of the specification, and no award data appears on them. On Scoutee, each analysis fetches the tender documents from the buyer's platform and extracts the deadlines, the budget, the requirements and the exclusion criteria, on one page shared with the workspace. The free plan runs two a month, Pro a hundred, Team unlimited, with ten more for ten euros. Team also carries the award history, who won what.

Reason 4: a free plan that is not one postcode

Supply2Gov's free plan is free forever, which deserves saying, but it is one local area with weekday alerts. Scoutee's free plan is also permanent and searches the entire index: every source, every country, saved searches, one daily alert and two tender analyses a month, without a card. A small supplier can see what exists across Europe before deciding whether the paid plan is worth it.

Where Supply2Gov is strong

  • A genuinely free, non-expiring plan for one local area, which lets a first-time bidder start at no cost.
  • The lowest published entry price for national coverage in the UK and Ireland, at £25 a month.
  • Access to CompeteFor and a Tender Ready toolkit aimed at suppliers new to public procurement.
  • A helpdesk and SME reports from BiP Solutions, a group that has worked in British procurement for decades.

FAQ

Does Supply2Gov cover tenders outside the UK and Ireland?

Its plans are built on the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland, sold as one area, one country, the UK, or the UK and Ireland together. No plan on its pricing page reaches continental Europe. Scoutee collects official sources in more than 30 countries of Europe and North America, all of them in every plan.

How much does Supply2Gov cost?

Prices read on 14 September 2026: Local Area free forever, Country £25 a month or £270 a year, UK £80 a month or £499 a year, UK and Ireland £95 a month or £899 a year. Discounts apply when adding further countries. Scoutee's Pro plan is 49 euros a month and Team 149 euros, both monthly.

Can I try Scoutee before paying?

Yes. The free plan never expires and is not limited to one area: search every official source in more than 30 countries, save searches, receive one daily alert and run two tender analyses a month. No card is required. Pro and Team are monthly and cancellable at any time.

Does Scoutee send daily email alerts like Supply2Gov?

Yes. The free plan carries one daily alert; Pro sends a daily alert on every saved search, and only when something new matches. Scoutee alerts on the whole index rather than on one purchased territory, and each notice links to an analysis that can be run on the spot.

Is Scoutee's coverage really included in every plan?

Yes. Free, Pro and Team search the same index: more than 100 official sources in more than 30 countries, collected every night and deduplicated into one row per tender. Plans differ by alerts, analyses, users and the award history on Team. No area, country or portal is priced separately.
