About Tendios

Tendios is a Spanish platform that applies language models to public procurement: it searches tenders and awards, lets users consult the documents, scores opportunities with AI credits and generates draft proposals. It also sells human services around the bid, at €600 per tender or 1% of the budget, and €80 an hour. Prices are published for two of its three plans: Business at €141 a month or €1,692 a year, with three users, 500 AI credits a month, one country, three alerts and two years of history; Advanced at €290 a month or €3,480 a year, with four users, 1,000 credits, four alerts, four years and access to private tenders. Enterprise is on quote and is the only plan with an API and customisable countries.

Why companies move from Tendios to Scoutee

Reason 1: one country per plan, until you ask for a quote

Tendios states it on its own pricing page: Business and Advanced carry one country each, and the number of countries becomes customisable only on Enterprise, which is priced on quote. A Spanish supplier that wants to see Portuguese or French notices leaves the published price list. Scoutee never counts countries. More than 100 official sources in more than 30 countries of Europe and North America, collected every night and deduplicated, are searched by every plan, the free one included.

Reason 2: 49 euros a month against €141, for the opposite geography

Tendios' entry plan is €141 a month, or €1,692 a year, for one country and three users. Scoutee's Pro plan is 49 euros a month, or 490 a year, for more than 30 countries, with daily alerts on every saved search, a hundred analyses, keywords in 24 languages, company memory, buyer profiles, the API and MCP. Team at 149 euros a month is about the price of Tendios' entry plan and carries ten users, unlimited analyses and the award history.

Reason 3: credits that have no published unit price

Tendios meters its AI in credits: 500 a month on Business, 1,000 on Advanced, 10,000 on Enterprise. What one analysis consumes, and what a credit costs once the monthly allowance runs out, is not published. Scoutee counts in analyses and publishes the price: two a month on the free plan, a hundred on Pro, unlimited on Team, and ten more for ten euros. Each analysis fetches the documents from the buyer's platform and extracts deadlines, budget, requirements and exclusion criteria.

Reason 4: the API is not an Enterprise conversation

On Tendios the API and the CRM and Power BI integrations sit in Enterprise, on quote. Scoutee includes the API and an MCP server from Pro, at 49 euros a month, and runs a public MCP server that is free and needs no account at all. A three-person team can put notices into its own tools without a sales call.

Reason 5: alerts are not rationed

Tendios allows three saved alerts on Business, four on Advanced and five on Enterprise. A company with several trades or several regions runs out of slots quickly. On Scoutee, Pro sends a daily alert on every saved search, and only when a new notice matches. The free plan carries one alert and never expires, so the alert budget is not the thing a company negotiates first.

Yes. Free, Pro and Team search the same index: more than 100 official sources in more than 30 countries, collected every night and deduplicated. The plans differ by alerts, analyses, users and the award history on Team. Countries are never a plan variable and never a quote.
