About Vergabe24

Vergabe24 is a German tender portal published with Staatsanzeiger, which brings six German procurement publishers together in one application. It advertises more than 570,000 notices a year, sorted into construction work, architect and planner services, and services and supplies. Access is sold by territory: a Europa tariff at 19 euros a month for the EU-wide notices, a Bundesland tariff from 20.25 euros a month for a single federal state, and a Deutschland tariff from 90 euros a month for the whole country, on six-month terms and twelve for Deutschland. Subscribers read the full text of notices and set search profiles delivered by email. A free three-month Schnupperabo can be taken once. Outside a subscription, opening one notice costs 0.80 euros.

Why companies move from Vergabe24 to Scoutee

Reason 1: Germany arrives in slices, priced by federal state

On Vergabe24 the map is a shopping list. One federal state starts at 20.25 euros a month, the whole of Germany at 90, the EU-wide notices at 19 more, each with its own term. A company that works across three states either buys the national tariff or misses what falls outside its slice. Scoutee sells no slice. More than 100 official sources in more than 30 countries of Europe and North America are in every plan, including the free one, collected every night and deduplicated into one row per tender.

Reason 2: no fee for opening a notice

Vergabe24 charges 0.80 euros for each notice retrieved outside a subscription, so reading widely has a running meter attached to it. On Scoutee, reading is never metered. Every notice in the index opens on any plan, free included, with its buyer, its deadline and its link to the buyer's platform. What is counted is the AI analysis: two a month on the free plan, 100 on Pro at 49 euros, unlimited on Team at 149. Ten extra analyses cost ten euros, and reading one a colleague ran is free.

Reason 3: an analysis of the file, not only its full text

Vergabe24 sells the full text of the notice and an email profile. That is the notice, not the file behind it. A Scoutee analysis goes to the buyer's platform, fetches the tender documents and returns the deadlines, the budget, the requirements and the exclusion criteria on a page the whole workspace shares. Pro also proposes keywords from the company profile and translates them into the 24 languages of the sources, which is how a German search reaches Dutch and Polish notices.

Reason 4: monthly, after a free plan that does not run out

The Schnupperabo lasts three months and can be taken once; the tariffs that follow run six months, twelve for Deutschland. Scoutee's free plan has no end date: search every source, save searches, one daily alert, two analyses a month. Pro at 49 euros a month and Team at 149 are billed monthly and cancelled whenever a company wants, with a yearly option at ten months. Nothing renews on a term a buyer has to remember.

Where Vergabe24 is strong

  • Six German procurement publishers in one search, with more than 570,000 notices a year.
  • A genuinely low entry point: 19 euros a month for the EU-wide notices, 20.25 for one federal state.
  • Full notice texts and search profiles by email, in German, for German construction trades.
  • A three-month free trial covering Germany, which is long enough to judge the feed.

FAQ

Does Vergabe24 cover tenders outside Germany?

Only through its Europa tariff, 19 euros a month, which carries the EU-wide notices. Notices published under the EU thresholds on the national portals of Austria, Poland, the Netherlands or North America are not part of it. Scoutee collects more than 100 official sources in more than 30 countries, above and below the thresholds, in every plan.

How much does Vergabe24 cost?

Prices are on the site, read on 14 September 2026: Europa 19 euros a month, a federal state from 20.25, all of Germany from 90, on six-month terms and twelve for Deutschland. Opening a single notice without a subscription costs 0.80 euros. Scoutee is 49 euros a month for Pro, 149 for Team, with no per-notice fee.

Can I try Scoutee before paying?

Yes, and without a term. The free plan never expires: it searches every source, saves searches, sends one daily alert and runs two tender analyses a month. Vergabe24's Schnupperabo runs three months and can be used once. Scoutee's paid plans are monthly and cancellable at any time.

Does Scoutee give the full notice text and email profiles too?

Yes. Every notice opens in full on any plan, and a saved search sends a daily alert: one on the free plan, one per saved search on Pro. Scoutee adds what Vergabe24 does not sell: the documents fetched from the buyer's platform and an AI analysis of them, plus buyer profiles and award history on Team.

Is Scoutee's coverage really included in every plan?

Yes. Free, Pro and Team search the same index of more than 100 official sources in more than 30 countries, collected every night and deduplicated. There is no Bundesland option, no Europa option and no national tariff. Plans differ by alerts, analyses, users and the award history on Team.
