About Klekoon

Klekoon is a French tender platform that both publishes notices and sells monitoring. It says it reads more than 10,000 platforms and official sources for around 1.3 million contracts a year: 115,000 from the BOAMP, 525,000 from the European journal and TED, 210,000 from the regional press, 360,000 from public websites and 165,000 from the Maghreb. A free account gives search and BOAMP notices. Paid subscriptions add the other sources, alerts, the download of the consultation file and electronic bidding, with options such as a human reading of the file or help assembling a bid within 24 to 48 hours. Prices are on quote, built from départements, users and options.

Why companies move from Klekoon to Scoutee

Reason 1: TED is not Europe

Klekoon reaches Europe through the European journal and TED, which carry notices above the EU thresholds. Most contracts a mid-sized company can win are below those thresholds, and they stay on the national and regional portals of each country: Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Italy. Klekoon does not collect those, and it sells France by département. Scoutee collects more than 100 official sources in more than 30 countries of Europe and North America, national portals included, deduplicated into one notice per tender, in every plan.

Reason 2: a price built from départements, users and options

A Klekoon subscription is quoted, not listed: the number of départements, the number of users and the options chosen make the figure. Two companies of the same size pay differently, and widening the search area reopens the discussion. Scoutee publishes a free plan, Pro at 49 euros a month or 490 a year, and Team at 149 euros a month with ten users. Geography changes nothing in the price, users are counted only on Team, and the subscription is cancellable month by month.

Klekoon can have a person read the consultation file and help assemble the bid, in 24 to 48 hours, as a paid option quoted case by case. That service has value, and it has a delay. Reason 4: searching in 24 languages, and keeping what was written

Klekoon's searches are written in French, for French notices. Scoutee proposes keywords from the company profile and translates them into the 24 languages of its sources, so one saved search finds Flemish, German and Spanish notices without a translator. The company memory keeps the references, certifications and past bids in the workspace. From Pro, the API and the MCP server let the same search feed a CRM or an assistant.

Partly. It carries the European notices of the official journal and TED, above the EU thresholds, and notices from the Maghreb.
