AMENDMENT 03 The Request for Proposal and solicitation attachments have been revised and additional attachments have been added as follows: RFP Questions and Answers Rev 01 – Additional questions and answers incorporated into Solicitation No. 381487-CJ. Offerors shall use the revised documents and attachments provided with Amendment 03 when preparing their proposals. The proposal due date has been extended from September 2, 2026, to September 9, 2026. The Contractor will provide routine and specialized cleaning services for several data center facilities, including cleaning of floors, raised access flooring, equipment areas, offices, and other designated areas, in accordance with the requirements specified in the Request for Proposal (RFP) and Statement of Work (SOW). A site visit is scheduled for August 24, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. Central Time. Questions are due by August 26, 2026, at 12:00 P.M. Central Time. Proposals are due by September 2, 2026, at 12:00 P.M. Central Time. The solicitation and all attachments are available with this notice. Interested offerors shall follow the proposal submission instructions contained in the RFP.
