Kelsall Green Pump Track

The design and construction of an asphalt pump track on Kelsall Green within the area shown on the attached plan.

The proposal should include

1. Outline drawings showing the layout

2. Graphics showing what the track will look like making clear the features that will be included

3. A fixed price for the detailed design and construction of the track and a payment schedule

4. A specification covering the materials, methods of construction and damage remediation

5. The construction period

6. The requirements that the constructor has of the Kelsall Parish Council

7. A proposed form of contract
