Epifluorescence Microscope for Organoid Imaging 2627-13-000 Closing Date: 10/19/2026 02:00:00 PM ET Detail: The SickKids Imaging Facility seeks proposals for a fully motorized, inverted, epifluorescence microscope that is optimized for 3D and 4D imaging of live and fixed organoids. The instrument will also be used for other general purpose imaging among the Facility’s user base. Key requirements include specialized objectives that favour organoid imaging while also being adaptable for general purpose imaging, stage top environmental incubation, a high quantum efficiency sCMOS camera and 3D computational deconvolution/haze removal.
