Cost Consultant - Prequal

Ottawa Community Housing (OCH) offers approximately 15,500 homes to about 33,000 tenants, including seniors, families, individuals, and people with disabilities. These homes are located in various communities throughout Ottawa and house a diverse population with different languages, cultures, and ethnicities. OCH is Ottawa’s primary community housing provider, managing two-thirds of the city’s housing portfolio and ranking as the second largest in Ontario. OCH build and preserve strategic priority includes the delivery of 300 – 500 homes per year (5,000 total by 2030). To support delivery of this strategy, OCH requires the services of qualified professional Quantity Surveyors / Cost Control Managers (“the Cost Consultant”).

This Request for Prequalification (RFPQ) is issued by OCH to establish a single roster of up to five (5) Cost Consultants. The purpose of establishing this roster is to have prequalified Cost Consultants available to respond to subsequent Request for Tenders (RFT’s).
