This extension is granted to ensure all potential offerors have sufficient time to conduct thorough analyses, address recent technical clarifications, and submit comprehensive, high-quality proposals which deliver the best value to the Government. As a result of the extension, the Prototype Project Opportunity Notice (PPON) has been revised to reflect the new response deadline.
