About TendersInfo

TendersInfo is the tender service of Euclid Infotech, a company founded in 2000 in Mumbai. It says it carries more than 500,000 live tenders from over 100 countries, gathered with the help of 65 local agents, and follows more than 170 funding agencies across Africa, Asia, Europe, the Americas and Oceania. Subscribers receive daily email alerts on public and private notices, RFPs, RFQs, prequalifications and expressions of interest, plus contract awards and project tracking; an API is offered. Its plans page lists plan names and a registration form, with no amount: the price is quoted after contact, and a free trial comes first.

Why companies move from TendersInfo to Scoutee

Reason 1: a source list you can read before you buy

TendersInfo counts countries and local agents, not sources: no public list says which portal of Germany, Belgium or Canada is collected, or how often. Scoutee publishes its list. More than 100 official sources in more than 30 countries of Europe and North America, national and regional portals under the EU thresholds included, collected every night and deduplicated into one row per tender. A company can check, before paying, that the three portals its buyers publish on are in the index.

Reason 2: a published price instead of a quote

TendersInfo's plans page shows the plans and asks for a registration; the amount arrives afterwards, sized in a conversation. Scoutee's prices are on its pricing page and are the same for everybody: free, Pro at 49 euros a month or 490 a year, Team at 149 euros a month for ten users. TendersInfo delivers the notice by email, as an alert. What the consultation file requires stays a reading exercise. The free plan runs two a month, Pro a hundred, Team without limit. The company memory keeps the references and certifications the next bid starts from.

TendersInfo offers a free trial, then a quote. Scoutee's free plan never expires: the whole index, saved searches, one daily alert and two analyses a month, without a card. On Pro, the keywords proposed from the company profile are translated into 24 languages, so the same search reaches the Dutch, Polish and Portuguese notices without writing those languages. The API and an MCP server are included at 49 euros a month; a public MCP server answers without an account.

How much does TendersInfo cost?

It does not publish an amount. Its plans page lists customised plans and a registration form; the price follows a contact, after a free trial.
