Manitoba is extending an invitation through this Notice of Intent (NOI) to prospective Proponents to signal their interest in bidding for the supply and delivery of scan sheets by submitting a Statement of Capabilities. Prospective Proponents are encouraged to submit their responses in accordance with the requirements outlined in the NOI.
