It advertises more than 570,000 notices a year, sorted into construction work, architect and planner services, and services and supplies. Why companies move from Vergabe24 to Scoutee

Reason 1: Germany arrives in slices, priced by federal state

On Vergabe24 the map is a shopping list. One federal state starts at 20.25 euros a month, the whole of Germany at 90, the EU-wide notices at 19 more, each with its own term. A company that works across three states either buys the national tariff or misses what falls outside its slice. Scoutee sells no slice.
