UHN HEALTHCARE ENVIRONMENTAL CLEANING & DISINFECTION SERVICES FOR 750 DUNDAS STREET WEST & MOBILE HEALTH CLINICS 2526-497 Closing Date: 10/01/2026 02:00:00 PM ET Detail: 2526-497 Purpose of the Procurement This Request for Proposal is issued by UHN for the purpose of soliciting Proposals from interested Proponents for the provision of this Request for Proposal is issued by UHN for the purpose of soliciting Proposals from qualified Proponents for the provision of Healthcare Environmental Services (“EVS”), including environmental cleaning, disinfection, and related services at 750 Dundas Street West and two (2) Mobile Health Clinics operated by UHN. Given the clinical nature of expected services, proponents must demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years’ experience providing environmental services in healthcare, clinical, ambulatory, community and/or mobile healthcare settings. Proponents must also clearly demonstrate their expertise and capabilities in healthcare cleaning and disinfection, infection prevention and control (IPAC), staff training, quality assurance, and applicable health and safety requirements. Purchaser is seeking to satisfy the following objectives in issuing the RFP: (a) to identify a supplier for the supply and delivery of Deliverables as further detailed in this RFP; (b) achieve the best solution for the needs of Purchaser; (c) Vendor must ensure services are delivered in accordance with UHN Infection Prevention and Control (“IPAC”) requirements, applicable healthcare environmental cleaning standards, and UHN policies and procedures with a local based head office. (d) obtain quality Deliverables at best overall value; and (e) enhance customer satisfaction and improvements in Deliverables. Delivery locations 750 Dundas and Mobile Health Clinics including: - Stabilization and Connection Centre (SCC) - Social Medicine Hub (SM HUB) - Mobile Health Clinics (2) (MHC) Estimated Contract Award Date The Work is to be performed from the contract award date (anticipated to be February 2027 ) for a period of Agreement is intended to be for a period of 3 years, with an option in favour of the Purchaser to extend the term of the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional period of up to two (2) periods of one (1) year each. .
