Saskatchewan Health Authority Printing Services Tender # RFP-200082626 Closing Date : 09/25/2026 at 14:00 PM Contact: Contact: Mike Wolk Email: [email protected] Details: Submissions clearly marked "RFP Submission: RFP-200082626 - Printing Services", in the subject line, will be received by the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA), via email at [email protected], no later than 02:00:00 p.m. Central Standard Saskatchewan Time, on Friday, September 25, 2026. SHA is seeking a Printing Service partner with which to outsource their Printing Services and is looking to the vendor to provide superior customer service and efficient printing services along with the integration of an electronic storefront with automated billing services. This contract agreement will be awarded for an initial term of five (5) years, with the option to extend the agreement for up to two (2) additional terms of two (2) years each, for a total term of nine (9) years. Any extension will be contingent upon the vendors performance, as evaluated against the requirements outlined in Appendix A - Procurement Details, Description of Services in the RFP.
