Landfill Collection Facility

Franklin County is seeking sealed bids for construction and improvements at an existing solid waste facility.The project consists of the improvements to an existing solid waste collection facility with associated grading, paving, concrete pad, and electrical conduits. Fencing will be an add alternate at the Owner’s option. Dumpsters, scales, lighting, and attendant’s building will be performed by the Owner.A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held for the project on Thursday, September 10th at 1:00 PM at the project site off Sontag Road.
